An absolute must for maintaining a patients head position following a suspected neck or head injury. Designed to fully support the neck and minimise further injury to the head the immobiliser can be used with a large variety of rescue splints and stretchers. Velcro strips fasten the pad in place with holes in each head pad to monitor blood and fluid loss. X rays can be taken with the immobiliser on.
