In-stock orders placed before 4:30pm on Friday 20th December should arrive before Christmas on a Next Working Day Delivery service. We are unable to guarantee this, however, as we rely on external couriers. Orders placed after this time will be processed and despatched as normal, but we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery. Any orders placed on Tuesday 24th December, or during the festive period, will be delivered in the first working days of the new year.

We recommend you place your order early, and look forward to serving you again in 2025.

Sports Therapist Chris Swallow joins Firstaid4sport as a Guest Blogger

We are excited to announce that Sport Therapist Chris Swallow will be joining our team and using his wealth of sports injury knowledge through some guest blog posts. Having had 6 years experience in the fitness industry, Chris works as a mobile sports massage and remedial therapist, working with both the general public and amateur sports. Chris specialises in treatments such as trigger point therapy, strapping and taping, postural assessments, rehabilitation and providing injury management procedures.

Chris studied a BSc Hons Sports Massage and Exercise Therapy and Psychology at the University of Derby as well as VTCT Level 4 Sports Therapist and now runs his own business - CS Smart in Lincolnshire which aims to treat individuals with a variety of goals whether they are recovering from serious injury, working towards improving their performance or simply to relax and unwind after a day on the pitch.

We are really looking forward to working with Chris and look forward to reading some of his articles!
