Lower Back Support Taping Guide & Video
This sacroiliax joint approximation taping technique can be effective at reducing lower back pain relating to the sacroiliac joint or lower back. This taping guide has two steps and requires two kinds of tape. Using:
Step 1 First apply the fixing tape in a cross shape at the bottom of the back. 
Step 2 Apply the zinc oxide directly on top of this with a slight amount of tension.
