FAQ

Can you help me in choosing the right product for my condition?

The first step in picking the right product is to understand the injury and this is where seeking professional advice is of crucial importance. Once you know the exact nature of your injury, we pride ourselves on our product knowledge and ability to give one-to-one advice to our customers. In addition to this, our injury search facility, coupled with a comprehensive protection level guide and comparison capability will allow you to zoom in on the correct product for you. If you have any queries, you can contact our customer service desk on 01522 875252 or email sales@firstaid4sport.co.uk and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How Quickly Will I Recieve My Order?

We have a number of different delivery options available to our customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and these can be found and determined through our online ordering process. We use Royal Mail and courier delivery services for our standard delivery which usually takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. Postage and packing costs are dependant upon the weight of the product(s). For those who would like to receive their order sooner, we offer a next working day delivery service as well as a next day delivery arrival before 12pm option. There may be extended delivery times for certain areas of the country. Please contact us for more information. For international orders we use DPD who state delivery will usually be made within 2-3 days of dispatch. We cannot guarantee this however and Firstaid4sport cannot offer compensation for delays outside of the UK. If you order on a Friday before 2.59pm (excluding Bank Holidays), you are eligible for Saturday delivery.

Can I Return An Item If It's Not Right?

We have a no quibble returns policy, just return the items in their original packing without soiling or damage within 30 days of receipt. If the return is accepted you will be issued a full credit for the item or a replacement depending on your choice. If the return is due to our error or a fault, please contact the sales desk on 01522 875252 where we will be happy to help and instruct you how to return the item at no additional cost to you and arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage if you do not contact us before the sending the item back. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be completed.
