Our philosophy is to offer the highest standard of customer care; therefore we are looking for an individual to join the team who is willing to go above and beyond for our customers. Your focus will be to maintain our excellent level of customer care. Your duties will include answering customer queries and questions over the telephone and via email, processing sales orders and customer returns, and offering product advice over the telephone and via email. Hours will be 9.30 to 14.30 5 days per week (Mon-Fri). Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous relevant experience essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Well mannered and tactful
  • Well organized
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar
