Please note our offices and warehouses will be closed from 24th December until 2nd January 2025.

In-stock orders placed before 4:30pm on Friday 20th December should arrive before Christmas on a Next Working Day Delivery service. We are unable to guarantee this, however, as we rely on external couriers. Orders placed after this time will be processed and despatched as normal, but we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery. Any orders placed on Tuesday 24th December, or during the festive period, will be delivered in the first working days of the new year.

We recommend you place your order early, and look forward to serving you again in 2025.

AC Joint Separation Step-by-Step Taping Guide & Video

Welcome to our AC Joint Separation step-by-step taping guide, in this guide you will require just two tapes to follow the three steps in this guide. Using:

Applied to prevent acromio clavicular pain, visible separation or limited shoulder range of movement. Step 1 Fixing tape is applied in a cross shape, the first from the top of the shoulder down the side of the arm.

Step 2 The second goes from the front of the shoulder and then down the back.

Step 3 Zinc oxide is then applied in the same order but with a stretch being applied from the top of the shoulder down towards the arm and then the second from the front of the back to the shoulder. If more of a stretch is required a second piece of zinc oxide can be used.
