What are Heel Lift Elevators?
Heel Elevators are designed specifically to provide the user with a 4mm heel raise. FootActive Heel lifts can help to alleviate pain and reduce stress on the Achilles tendon and lower leg. Made from Foam with tapered edges and include an adhesive backing for easy installation.
When should I use Heel lift elevators?
They are suitable for use alongside a wide range of Orthotic Insoles or on their own. The Heel Elevators are easily applied using the adhesive backing to either an insole or directly to the inside of a shoe. They are ideal for use where Achilles Tendonitis, Heel Pain or Leg Length Discrepancy is present.
What Size Heel Lifts should I use?
They can be trimmed with a pair of scissors to ensure the heel lift is a good fit and is comfortable for the wearer. They are available in thicknesses of 4mm, 8mm and suit adult shoe sizes.
