Customer service is central to our philosophy as this is something we excel in. We are proud of our ability to ensure the customer is well informed and we strive to follow the service through from initial contact, to delivery of the item and ensuring ongoing satisfaction afterwards.
We enable our customers to continue with their sport or improve their recovery from an injury. There is a need for first aid kits tailored to specific sports to prevent and treat injuries at the pitch side allowing for faster recovery. Medical supplies require more knowledge to better advise the customer which is why our product knowledge is so important. Customer trust is essential to us.
By listening to customer feedback and using advice from top physiotherapists, we are able to come up with first aid kits and products tailored to what the customer needs. Every sport is different which is why our kits change from sport to sport.
We want to look after teams with tighter budgets using our tiered contract price lists and credit agreements. We make buying simple and use dedicated account managers so you build a relationship with the company. We appreciate those grass roots teams are our biggest customer base and we want to follow their progress and be part of their successes or failures. We are a small company which allows us to provide that personal touch.
We also hold a Wholesale Dealers Licence (WDL) so we are able to supply medicinal and POM’s to GMC registered Doctors.
