What is in the Rugby Lifting Tear Light Refill Pack?

This Rugby Lifting Taping pack is ideal for when you need to top up your Rugby Lifting Kit.

The lifting blocks are usually secured in place using a combination of Tear Light MAX EAB Tape and PVC Sock Tape. Both of these tapes provide extra grip for the supporters lifting the player.

The most popular method sees the EAB tape placed on under and over the bloacks, and then the PVC Tape used to stabilise the Rugby Lifting Block under the tape. This not only improves the safety of the lift but also helps the jumper get higher, faster and allows for more hang time.
