What is the Mueller Iliotibial Band (ITB) Strap?
The Iliotibial Band runs over a bony part of the knee and the friction when running can often irritate and cause tendonitis. The ITB Strap form Mueller is a single strap that sits on the lower thigh just above the knee and exerts a small amount of pressure over the iliotibial (IT) band to relieve pain and inflammation.
When can I wear the ITB strap?
The ITB strap can be worn when undertaking any sport or running to help relieve symptoms from ITB syndrome.
The Strap is one size fits most, from 29cm - 48cm circumference (11.5"-19"). Suitable for left or right knee.
