AC Blocking Taping Guide & Video
This AC Blocking taping guide and video is used when pain is present towards the front aspect of the shoulder at the coracoid process. To follow this guide you'll need a roll of tape and a roll of dressing fixing tape. Using:
Step 1 Fixing tape is applied first from the front of the shoulder, all the way over the top and stuck down the upper back. 
Step 2 Zinc oxide tape is then applied directly on top of the fixing tape providing a large amount of stretch from the front of the shoulder towards the upper back.
